Rodney Gilbert
Mrs. Davis-Gilbert comes to Prestonwood Montessori at E.D. Walker as a Master Educator with a specialization in the Montessori Method. She aims to creatively train, challenge, and inspire ALL educators to improve the work they do for students, their families, and the community. She believes a whole child approach, sets the standard for comprehensive, sustainable school improvement and provide for long-term student success for ALL children.

Ralph Ibarra
Ralph Ibarra started his career in the US Army. His first teaching experience was at Mata Montessori as a fourth grade guide. At Mata, Ibarra founded the Knights Club, which focuses on boy's social and emotional growth. He looks forward to joining the Prestonwood community and creating new memories and experiences for all students.

Juan Moreno
Mr. Moreno, who recently completed his Masters in Curriculum & Instruction, has been a teacher for five years. In that time, he has written dual language curriculum for Dallas ISD and been a Dual Language Exemplary Teacher Cohort member.

Jhon Fredy Bolivar Cantillo
Bolivar Cantillo was born in Colombia, Caquetá. With seven years of teaching experience, his biggest strength is adapting the learning environment to fit the needs of the children. Bolivar Cantillo enjoys reading and painting as well as spending time with his wife and son.

LaTece Idlebird
Idlebird has 21 years of teaching experience in Dallas ISD and is eager to continue her impact on Dallas students at Prestonwood Montessori at ED Walker. She loves all things STAR WARS and was inspired by George Lucas to major in Film Directing. When not teaching Idlebird enjoys spending time with her spouse and three adult children.
